Facili trac is a FREE web based software HVACR tracking program available to all CMS multi-site customers.
Facili Trac was designed to assist facility managers in tracking their HVACR expenses and making accurate, reliable capital planning decisions. Other capabilities include: instant job status updates, current expenditures on all open jobs, service histories, capital planning, comparisons of actual vs budgeted expense reports, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance reporting capabilities.
